Ashley Simmons, owner of New Leaf Decorating

New Leaf Decorating owner, Ashley Simmons, began his decorating career when he moved to London in 2003. He worked for and trained with decorating specialists D. Bean London Ltd, quickly rising up the ranks to manage the decorating and maintenance of a large group of properties in North London for their biggest client.

His early working life was spent with Electrolux in Dunstable, Beds and American Express in Brighton respectively, where he was in customer services and marketing roles.

"My time at D. Bean London Ltd was invaluable. It was a steep learning curve and great grounding for me in setting up my own business. The fantastic decorating skills I developed along with my customer services background have both been influential in forming my own company ethos."

Ashley founded New Leaf Decorating in 2010 and has since built up a great local reputation and client base.

"We strive to deliver great results but give equal importance to customer care and our aim is to make the whole experience as stress free as possible with our friendly, professional and honest approach."
